I think SL Police should impose rule that Passengers in 3W in Sri Lanka should wear protective head gear. Oh! forget the drivers; for they do not have a head!

Our guys in sri lanka are more talented. Their normal driving on public roads will make them champions of champions. Most of them are air borne on the roads.
