For how long can a government allow private bus operators to take the poor passengers for rides like this. High time something is done to put a stop to these antics once and for all.

Launching satellites is much more important that solving common mans problems....could have easily bought 1000 buses with that money and ended the private bus operators domination which has been there for last 25 years.
