The protest and attacks on kalaniya students is not a spotenious thing. It is well organized thing by the government. The JVP provocative actions used by tyhe government to moblize right wing forces against students and the working people. This cynical and brutal act of the Rajapakse government and the JVP provacations must be condenmed. At the same time thinking people must realise growing danger.

I do not approve of the actions of this so called 'DR'. But one should not wait too long for the parents of the Uni students to rise against the JVP backed IUSF, which is disrupting the education of the students to gain olitical milage. Some of the IUSF members had been in the university for more than 8 years without even getting through their 1st year exam.
The JVP wants to have one or two students killed by the police so that they can make a big scene out of it. They do not give a dammn about the free education or the rihts of the students. the behavior of the protesters seems uncivilized. The student walking into the university may be a complete outsider to both JVP or Govt. The people attack him as if they considers him to be their enemy. they say; they are against JVP for attacking others. Is there a difference , both the attackers and being attacked same.
