Time has come to the country to enforce strict law on road worthiness of a vehicle. Some mechanism should be developed to implement the law without any flaw.

Quite a lot of vans carry Petrol cans fitted through a tube to feed the engine due to economic reasons! Some vans don't have a working Indicator for fuel, some like to keep track of consumption & so & s forth.
