The official launch of the Mega City Development and Structural Plan of the Megapolis and Western Region Development Ministry by Minister Patali Champika Ranawaka took place at the Independence Square this morning with President Maithripala Sirisena and Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe planting ‘Na’ plants to mark the occasion.
