Looking at the positive side from the parents perspective, At least now the parents can expect him to be clean while he is behind bars... it will be the longest stretch for him not being intoxicated.

The Family of the victims now relaxed, of the verdict and also should be executed, cuz, behind the scene there are worst politician who could use their influence to relax their muscle to let him IN and OUT this criminal.
