The records room of the Magazine remand was set on fire by rioting prisoners on Tuesday morning. The Prison Department suffered a loss of Rs.10 million due to the damages.     Such incidents took place all over Srilanka in July 1983. This is nothing compared to that.

    3 prisoners have escaped.. its why the destroyed the files first place so they cant be caught afterwads.. there are now no records they were in prison first place..
