No matter what, who cares, these days, slaughter a buffalo and make money.

    ramkuumar Wednesday, 11 July 2012 02:48 AM

What is wrong to transport like this, we daily travel in public and private buses and trains. Do we have any special rules for transporting animals. Are we not have equal rights like these animals.

    Achari Wednesday, 11 July 2012 02:37 AM

Good for the "ape extra" trishaw importer. You see what I mean. Godatath Madatah Ekama Wahane.

Travel costs are so high, even buffalos can't afford!

    Chamal Wednesday, 11 July 2012 03:37 AM

Make the buffalo sit on the seat you ......

    sue Wednesday, 11 July 2012 03:48 AM

True, but no one forces you to do that and I'm sure you don't travel with your feet tied and your body encased in a gunny bag. Look at the terrified expression on that poor animal's eyes and keep in mind he doesn't even have animal rights here.

    Appuhamy Wednesday, 11 July 2012 09:14 AM

    weha Wednesday, 11 July 2012 04:12 AM

They should put the driver in a 2*2*2 box and ask him how he feels

Roghen Res Wednesday, 11 July 2012 04:17 AM

Do you think that Buffalo should have been left to sit on back seat peacefully? How does police transport prisoners in front of eyes of their beloveds?

    Jay Wednesday, 11 July 2012 04:35 AM

How the hell did they get it in the first place. Not easy!!!

Imran Hussein Wednesday, 11 July 2012 04:45 AM

Ramkumar's question is right and humorous and your answer id equally good. The driver is wrong but cant blame him 100%. he is making his bucks. Its the kind of survival today, unfortunately.

    anonymous Wednesday, 11 July 2012 05:36 AM

This fellow, if kept alive, could've fed an entire family. Kill it and it'll feed you for a couple of meals. It's a shame that this kind of treatment towards animals is happening in our country.

    dimuthu Wednesday, 11 July 2012 05:55 AM

Good advertisement for Bajaj Three wheelers, even a buffalo can be transported.. Increase the import tax as these vehicles are nuisance to our society.

    sajitha Wednesday, 11 July 2012 06:01 AM

This animal is being driven to the 'mas kade' if you are trying to call equal rights for that then you know what you are asking for?

I fail to understand the mantality of this man who can not see the misery of the animal.

piyal samarakone Wednesday, 11 July 2012 06:01 AM

Guys there is only one solutions absolutely one
Like Raja Kale - punishment should be mirror image of the crime - simple as that - for that matter any crime.
I think its very fare one to one -
So all of us gets our faire share nothing more nothing less

    Caesar Wednesday, 11 July 2012 05:56 AM

Such offenders must be given capital punishment for cruelty on innocent animals. If its a human it can tell the others his plight, but these dumb animals are helpless in front of cruel man the most wild beast on the earth!

    wambotta Wednesday, 11 July 2012 06:12 AM

    must be a Hambanthota buffalo,,,,,

    Holla Wednesday, 11 July 2012 06:12 AM

Cummon they were just transporting the animal. It would eventually be taken out. The buses these days are worse im thinking the bull is having a good time than we do when we get on a bus. The drivers taken into custody ? Then they should take the bus conductors too.. If the bull can take the spot light, i think the newspapers should focus on humans too we too are animals.

kapa ta Pissu Wednesday, 11 July 2012 06:28 AM
