The 3rd death anniversary of Presidential Advisor Bharatha Lakshman Premachandra was held at his statue in Kolonnawa today. Mr. Premachandra’s widow, his daughter Hirunika Premachandra and many other dignitaries took part in the commemoration Ceremony. Pix by Kithsiri De Mel
