the criteria is that as long as you behave decently it should be fine cos there will be families with little children who will be enjoying the beach...instead of chasing them off you catch couples who behave indecently and punish them accordingly as per the law.

What the hell? They have a right to be at the beach, as long as they behave. Why the "TRAFFIC COPS" more worried about ppl being at a beach than be worried about traffic and related incidents.
If i was one of them I'd have asked the TRAFFIC cop, what right he had to ask me to leave... what a wonder of Asia. ppl are being policed in every department, while religious fanatics go un-noticed. Shame on the POLICE as a whole.
