Army Chief Jagath Jayasuriya yesterday inspected construction work to build a Wellness Resort for disable soldiers in Anuradhapura. The $10 million resort will accommodate 55 quadriplegics, and include residential facilities for visiting family members. Pix by Pradeep Pathirana
