You don't find dengue mosquitoes there. Go and see the big drain between the Parliamentary grounds and the car park. It has not been constructed with proper slope for the water to flow out. Water getting stagnated there and it has become ideal ground for mosquito breeding. How many such places one can find in and around Colombo?
