A ‘rogue elephant’ captured

Wildlife Officials captured a rogue elephant that had been destroying crops and terrorising the Mahakumbukkan kadawala and Pallama Divisional Secretariat areas in Chilaw. The elephant was taken to a national park nearby. Pix by Hiran Priyankara Jayasinghe
