In this photograph prepared by the Phillipinnes President, the Sri Lanka President looks a bit fat and more healthy. Was this picture prepared after he got the loan and started using the money. If that is so, by the time he returns to Sri Lanka he must get a direct flight without any stops, so that the money will be taken soon into the country, and used for the development of the country.
