“Shilpa Abhimani - 2016” the apex event of the National Crafts Council (NCC) which showcases the collective and creative conscience of our traditional and contemporary handicrafts will be held for three days. Exhibition commenced yesterday at the “Nugasewana” Hall in BMICH in collaboration with “SAARC” Handicrafts Exhibition. The exhibition was inaugurated by the Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe and Industry and Commerce Minister Rishad Bathiudeen. (Pix by Kithsiri De Mel)
