The 118th birth anniversary of late Prime Minister S.W.R.D. Bandaranaike was commemorated at his statue near the Galle Face Green this morning. President Maithripala Sirisena, Former President Chandrika Bandaranaike, Ministers Duminda Dissanayake, Mahinda Amaraweera, S.B Dissanayake and Nimal Siripala de Silva were also participated. They put a large statue of this guy who is the root of all our problems but they dont put a large statue of DS Sennayeka or Dharmapala, who founded our nation. Heck, Cornell Olcott has contributed way more than bandrinakke's
