this is all good but what about our own children in villages who has nothing but coconut husks to play with.No money to buy tissue papers for kites so they use newspapers.This reminds me how Mahinda Rajapakse spending 1 million USD to build a road in palestine while people here committing suicide because they couldn't feed their children or pay back the loans they have taken to grow crops.

I was told by a well connected party that MR never built a road in PLO administered region.It seems to be a rumour but there were some photos of a road named after him,circulating on the net
