If this had happened in the West, no civilian onlookers would have been allowed at least a mile from the action.But in Sri Lanka we are relaxed and we know allowing onlookers close is not going to harm the operation. This is the fundamental difference between the Nervous Mind of the West and the Confident Mind of the East.
