New CEA Chairman assumes duties

Chandrarathna Pallegama who was appointed as new Chairman of Central Environmental Authority (CEA) by President Maithripala Sirisena, assumes duties today at the CEA Headquarters in the presence of officials and staff.

    When appoint a person to a big position. They should tell he achieved these things previously. We don't know what he achieved before. Appointing on seniority is useless concept by our leaders.
