What we should be doing is enforcing a ban on animal cruelty. The methods use to slaughter animal in this country is so barbaric.

So they are going to pass another bill in parliament??? I'm a fish lover- Ban that cruelty, tons of fishes are being butchered everyday. Pigs, Chickens and Goats are living things I suppose.
