In order to facilitate customers amidst the current lockdown across the country in the battle against Covid-19, Ceylinco General Insurance will continue to provide all essential services to its valued customers without any interruption.

Its hotline 011-2393939 is open 24 hrs and any queries or reporting of claims can be done as usual. Arrangements have been made to pay claims online and the money credited to customers account via online transfers.

Also, the company has announced several measures with payment options which can be used according to the convenience of customers.  To renew a policy or to obtain a new policy, customers can visit www.ceylinco-insurance.com and use the payment gateway to make online payments. Also, online transfers can be sent to Account Number 030032375727001 of Seylan Bank, Colombo Fort Branch.  Payments can be made through eZcash or mCash by dialing #111# and thereafter following the instructions. When conducting transactions through any of these options, if it is a non-motor policy, the policy number should be mentioned and the vehicle number in the event of a motor insurance as reference.  

In support of the efforts taken to combat the Covid 19 pandemic, the management of Ceylinco General Insurance donated 2 units of the German-made ICU ventilators at a cost of Rs 5.9 million to the National Hospital, Colombo, which will no doubt boost the capacity of the hospital. Ceylinco General Insurance also requests each and every individual to do their utmost as responsible citizens in helping authorities tackle the situation. 

Whilst providing all these services, Ceylinco General Insurance fully complies with regulations of Central Bank and the Insurance Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka.  The company has also taken stringent steps to comply with safety measures and precautions stipulated by the health authorities while adhering to required hygiene standards.
