Pegasus Reef Hotel introduces “The Fishery” sea food restaurant

Pegasus Reef Beach hotel in Hendala launched its latest sea food dining experience ‘The Fishery’ on October 17th.
The opening of this authentic restaurant was heralded with an ambience of cocktails and jazz music, with Chief Guests Chandima Gunawardena - Chairman of Pegasus Reef Hotel and Paddy Withana - Chairman of Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority gracing the occasion.
The Fishery offers the discerning palate an opportunity to relish the flavours of exotic sea food cuisine, set in an open air theme this restaurant will set the standards for restaurants’ in the area it operates. The key highlight of this restaurant is “the Fresh Catch of the day” on display, from which the guests can choose their preferred choice of seafood to be prepared in a cooking style of their choice.
