Debug Engineering launches new ‘011 - Support’ hotline

Debug Engineering recently announced the launch of its new ‘011 - Support’ hotline.

The new seven-digit hotline number is available 24 hours a day and is open to all members of the public with direct access allowed through any fixed or mobile network in the country to ease customer contactability and aimed at further strengthening customer relationship with the organisation.

Debug Engineering has re-engineered a few of its processes, anticipating to achieve the objective of sustaining and enhancing its customer care capacity and services.

Introduction of the new ‘011 - Support’ hotline which translates to ‘011 - 7877678’ is one such example, which has been integrated with the Engineering Call Centre. Moreover, this hotline service is focused to minimise time delay through faster access of engineering job information, field support service together with product and technical information.

The special feature of this hotline number is that it implies the word ‘011 - Support’ while being dialled using the keypad of any phone.
