CIMA Business Leaders Summit to be held in June

The flagship event of CIMA Sri Lanka, the Business Leaders Summit will be held for the 38th consecutive year on 16 and 17 June at Cinnamon Grand. 
The CIMA Business Leaders Summit 2015 is an annual business conference that renders a platform for high level executives from diverse sectors to share experiences and knowledge on a trending topic.  This year the conference is themed ‘Future Defined: Vision, Understanding, Conviction, Agility.’
The event will commence with its ceremonial inauguration on 16 June, which provides a networking opportunity for 600 participants to establish the intellectual discussion on the summit on 17 June.  Defining the future of one’s business being the core objective in today’s context, CIMA Sri Lanka will shed light to the key indicators that factor into the success and the progress of businesses and industries. Moreover, the summit will give insights on how leaders can create an impact through performance optimization in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous world.  The CIMA Business Leaders Summit 2015 will expose its audience to an array of business experiences and expert views of internationally acclaimed corporate giants and academics on key economic, social and technological trends that can help define the future of business.
American innovator and the CEO of the Innovation Institute of America,Alexander Blass will deliver the key note on the topic ‘Defining Future Through Innovation.’  The intellectual connect comprises of five world renowned speakers - Professor Ahmed Khalid from the Faculty of Business, Bond University, Australia; Akmal Hanuk, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Islamic Banking and Finance Centre, UK; Manoj Biswas Managing Director- Human Resources, Geographic Unit HR Lead at Accenture India;Varun Agarwal a filmmaker, entrepreneur, bestselling author and Founder of Alma Mater, Reticular and Last Minute Films, India; and Samantha Louis, CIMA Regional Director, South Africa.
