A & D Property Developers introduces Glorious Residencies

A & D Property Developers (Pvt.) Ltd, the construction company which plans to build the super luxury housing complex - Glorious Residencies - in Colombo, has received the approval of the Board of Investment (BoI) to function as a BoI company.

Meanwhile, the construction work of Glorious Residencies and the state-of-the-art trading facility in Colombo is scheduled to commence shortly, announced A & D Property Developers (Pvt.) Ltd.

The 12-storey housing complex is planned to be constructed at No: 167, Udugahawalauwa Watta, Bandaranayake Mawatha, Colombo 12. Udugahawalauwa is situated in close proximity to Armour Street and has a proud history to its name.

“The super luxury housing complex Glorious Residencies and trading complex are being constructed in an area which has a very high commercial value and is highly populated. This housing complex is ideal not only for people coming to Colombo City braving the heavy vehicle congestion for employment and business activities but also for Sri Lankan expatriates in foreign countries who someday intend to start a business based in Colombo. We invite everyone dreaming of living a luxurious life with all comforts and facilities in a superior environment to come to Glorious Residencies,” said A & D Property Developers (Pvt.) Ltd Managing Director H.P. Lionel Ariyaratne.

To cater to the desires and choice of the consumer, Glorious Residencies will consist of 88 differently styled houses ranging from sizes 872 square feet to 2135 square feet. The house prices will range from Rs.16.25 million to Rs.50 million, the company said.

Glorious Residencies’ ground, first and second floors have been designed to provide parking space for 104 vehicles. The ground floor will consist of supermarkets, restaurants and banks. Glorious Residencies will also comprise of conference halls, offices, gymnasiums and a state-of-the-art swimming pool on the top floor for adults and children. In addition, two car lifts and two high-speed passenger lifts will be installed for the convenience of the residents.
A 24-hour security services will be in operation to provide security to ensure a luxurious lifestyle, A & D Property Developers (Pvt.) Ltd further added.
