PanAudio ties up with global giant to distribute recording media and energy products

PanAudio, one of Sri Lanka’s leading companies in the business of IT related peripherals, data storage, imaging and presentation systems, has signed an agreement with Sony to market a range of Sony products in Sri Lanka. 
As Sony’s distributor, Pan Audio will market recording media and energy products of the global giant through its wide network of dealers available in all parts of the island. This Sony product range includes CD/DVD/Blu-Ray discs, memory cards, flash drives (USB2.0/USB 3.0), external hard drives, power banks, batteries and LTO tape media.
Speaking about the new tie-up, Suren Karunakaran, General Manager of PanAudio Pvt Ltd stated, “Sony is a globally-acclaimed brand that is always at the forefront of technology. Being such a massive brand, they pay careful attention to the companies they tie up with in different parts of the world. These companies must demonstrate their commitment to ethics, professionalism and high quality customer service. Given such a background, PanAudio is proud to be appointed as Distributor for Sony Recording Media & Energy products in Sri Lanka.” He added that the range of such Sony products will be made available across all PanAudio dealers providing easy access to consumers to purchase them. “One of our key strengths is our excellent network of dealers. Sony has realized the potential of reaching out to a wider customer base through our network and therefore all Sony recording media and energy products will be made available through our expanding dealer network,” Karunakaran added.

The announcement of the agreement with Sony is a continuation of the company’s objective to provide the Sri Lankan consumer with world-class products. Founded in 1946 and headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, Sony Corporation is a global leader in televisions, digital imaging, audio/video, semiconductors, gaming consoles, professional solutions and medical-related equipment.
