National Chamber of Commerce (NCC) in association with the Central Bank (CB) will conduct a seminar on ‘Current Relaxation of Exchange Control Regulations’ on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the National Chamber Auditorium, No: 450, D R Wijewardene Mawatha, Colombo 10.
The special guest will be Central Bank Deputy Governor Dr. P. Nandalal Weerasinghe and Controller of Exchange T.M.J. Yvette P. Fernando will head the panel. The presenter will be Central Bank of Sri Lanka Senior Assistant Director Legal and Compliance Pavithri Vithanage. She will speak on all aspects of the current relaxations, new regulations and on other important areas.
Foreign exchange regulations have been reviewed and relaxed gradually with the objectives of achieving greater efficiency in international financial transactions and facilitating economic development of the country. This valuable seminar will be beneficial to all organisations.
