LOLC Holdings PLC yesterday revealed the plans to raise up to Rs.6.5 billion, by way of a listed debt issue.

The company said it plans to sell up to 65 million, listed, rated, unsecured, senior, redeemable debentures, to raise Rs.6.5 billion, subject to the necessary regulatory approvals.
