Once again popular retail clothing chain Fashion Bug has initiated a scheme which is bound to further build up its customer base; in this case a Tourist Guide Privilege Card.
As one of Sri Lanka’s largest retail clothing chains, Fashion Bug has been recognized for its achievements as well as its wide range of clothing, which caters to all ages and varying tastes.
The Tourist Guide Privilege Card is a card which has been introduced by Fashion Bug for tourist guides who bring in tourists sales to Fashion Bug outlets.
“With tourism being a key foreign exchange earner, tour guides play a major role in our economy, hence we felt it was only fair that we reward them for boosting our sales,” said Fashion Bug Director Shabier Subian.
Fashion Bug’s ever increasing product range, superior quality at affordable prices, as well as its attentive staff and upmarket showrooms have proved to be popular with both the local shoppers as well as tourists who appreciate Fashion Bug’s offerings.
Tourist guides will get an opportunity to earn points and redeem points by the transactions done at Fashion Bug outlets while also being entitled to purchase products from Fashion Bug by redeeming their points. Guides will be entitled for special promotions, which will be done exclusively for the Tourist Guide Privilege Card.
This card was launched at Fashion Bug’s Negombo branch with Subian, Deputy General Manager Dr. S.H.M. Faraaz and Fashion Bug Marketing Executive Oshada Eragoda present, as well as the branch manager, tourist guides and tourists. The privilege card is issued only for tour guides registered with the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority.
These cards are available only at Fashion Bug’s Negombo, Wattala, Colpetty, Matara, Kandy City, Katugasthota and Peradeniya branches.
Subian expressed his gratitude to the tour guides present as well as the loyal customers who have patronized them over the years.
