Planters you sell the tea at a price determined by the buyer and the Govt. imports milk at a price determined by the seller. We have grass only for 1/3 our national herd. We need only 750,000 cows to be self sufficient in milk. If there was sufficient grass during the last 30 tears we would have had 96 million cows Dept of Animal Production and Health has stated that grass is the most profitable crop next to potatoes. Why not start planting grass not necessarily taking to dairy but sell grass or grass converted to hay?
