While it is commendable, the insurance company should not try to seek unjust enrichment when a payment is made out. Could the insurance company clarify how many other policies were declined citing frivolous reasons besides, Shangri La did pay for peace of mind via thumping premiums. No amont of payment covers loss of human life.
