CSE approves the first Empower Board listing

The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) has approved, an application submitted by Chrissworld Limited, for the listing of its Ordinary Voting Shares by way of an offer for subscription on the Empower Board of the CSE.

The company will be offering for subscription of 7.5 million Ordinary Voting Shares at Rs.7.50 per share to raise a total sum Rs.56.25 million

Initial Public Offering (IPO) is due to be opened on April 27 of 2021.
