Do not blame the police for all crimes. When you reducing minor crimes it will automatically reduce the major crimes.

    BuffaloaCitizen Thursday, 11 January 2018 01:47 PM

This needs to be treated as murder of a minor while in Police captivity. Now the typical punishment of "transfer" will be done fooling the public over and over again, but the killer gets to do the same thing at another police station.

Police do not fear the law as in their minds they are kings. They don't understand that a policemen is a servicemen for the general public. They know that even transfers on punishment ground is an eye was as these punishment transfers are to their home town or just a few distance away from it. A youth does and thosecresponcible get off Scot free by those who are supposed to uphold the law.

This is a planned murder by the drug kingpin with the help of the Police, being 17 years old he can easily convinced to tell the truth. When he was trying to tie the T shirt, what were the inmates and the Police on duty doing?

    Jinn Thursday, 11 January 2018 03:53 PM

Suicide is Foolish, not justifying it.. and other thing is for a matter of some Ganja, police arrest those with stuff as big time criminals, and humiliate them to max, its time for Sri Lanka to legalize it, cos Ganja is very much better than Alcohol.

    Stan Thursday, 11 January 2018 04:35 PM

    Suicide isn't foolish.

What is the Police Commission doing? Are they asleep?

    Asela Thursday, 11 January 2018 04:56 PM

When a murder is committed by the Police it is conveniently reported as a suicide. This is the norm in SL.

Joachim Caspersz Thursday, 11 January 2018 10:18 PM

Unbelievable. The cops keep getting away with thes deaths in custody as the courts are not acting as a check and balance. This is simply unacceptable.
