Roshan Saturday, 02 April 2011 06:59 AM
Bravo !!! Indian Customs.
Keep the cup safely, the Srilankan team can collect it from the airport on their way back to Srilanka after winning the match.
Dilip Saturday, 02 April 2011 07:17 AM
I thought Mahinda took the cup to Thirupathi in India for blessing.
Mushtaq Saturday, 02 April 2011 07:18 AM
Shame on Indian customs ............... Rather than making their country proud for hosting the final, they r making it disgraceful !!
sxhabeeb Saturday, 02 April 2011 07:25 AM
we can be proud now... there are many more banana type countries in tis world..
rashmi Saturday, 02 April 2011 07:27 AM
India can have the cup only by custom seizure, not by palying against us !
Common Man Saturday, 02 April 2011 08:12 AM
They could hold the Cup until 8PM, no need to pay tax as the Cup is going out( of India) to Sri Lanka anyway.
I Hussein Saturday, 02 April 2011 08:35 AM
Yep u are right. At least let them enjoy holding it by the customs for a while.
I cant wait to see that we beat them.
dave Saturday, 02 April 2011 12:16 PM
At least better than, charging custom fees on relief goods for IDP in the north during th war.
Calistus Jayatilleke Saturday, 02 April 2011 01:34 PM
Maybe the Customs officers thought thats the only way they can retain the Cup in India.
Sri Lankan from Auss Saturday, 02 April 2011 05:48 PM
Never Come to Conclusion. We Were over confident. Kulaseka paid the price for the Cub along with Sanga.
Any way we wait for another 4 years.
Well done Sri Lanka. Well Done India
