Woman attempting suicide dies in hospital

A woman who was reportedly rescued while hanging from a beam of a home in Veyangoda had died on admission to the Wathupitiwala Hospital.

Police said they believed that prior to the hanging the woman might have injured her 4-year-old son, who was also admitted to the same hospital. (LSP)

Why doesnt the organisation for womens rights go to village areas to educate women on family matters and such. Due to the mothers ignorance of taking her own life a child is left motherless. via DM Android App
