Minister of Traditional Industries and Small Enterprise Development, Douglas Devananda said today that he will submit a letter to Robert O. Blake regarding comments Blake had allegedly made about him. Blake as reported in the whistle blower website Wikileaks had accused Devananda of using unwarranted power in the Kytes Island. Devananda said that the letter would be given to Blake prior to his departure. (Tamil Mirror)

What Blake accused of Douglas is true, and well known to people in the North.
Why then Douglas does'nt allow anyone to go to the islands for campaigning for elections?
