best solution is to revamp the public transport.......... more A/C buses, monorails, underground trains...... etc...
if there is more convenient transport options why does an individual drive a vehicle which only carries himself only, on a day to day affair????? if anyone observers the galle road majority of the vehicles have less than two passages.... but no one can blame the vehicle owners since the public transport options are really no goers........
better public transport, less vehicles on the road, less air pollution and noise pollution but our poliico only seek their benefits hence no comments will be of no use!!!!!

The public is paying triple the amount of a vehicle's value, this is day-light robbery!!!
