The United States Ambassador-at-Large, Office of Global Criminal Justice, Stephen J. Rapp will travel to Sri Lanka, January 6–11, 2014, Office of the Spokesperson of the State Department announced.
This is Ambassador Rapp’s second trip to Sri Lanka as Ambassador-at-Large. During this trip Ambassador Rapp will meet with a broad cross section of government officials and political and civil society leaders on a range of issues focusing on Sri Lanka’s justice, accountability, and reconciliation processes, it said.
The point here is we don't want a policeman with dirty hands trying to police us-simple as that, not that our hands are any cleaner but there must be some meaning to this nonsense!

Why should this guy come here ? Why not investigate all the war crimes committed by the USA for the past many years. There is enough work for him in his home country. This is a fact. Just a couple of days ago it was stated that the US has been voted as the most significant threat to world peace in a survey across 68 different countries. Physician heal thyself first.
