End of the day, whomever and whatever said, it is traffic accident, UN nothing to do for that, The Driver is a Sri Lankan who should be punished and band for driving in the future.

Anton, you are right, all are sri lankan drivers,. we have to educate our drivers as to how to drive on the roads and there should be strict procedure in issuing driving licence and monitoring the drivers on the road, if we want to reduce accidents on the roads.

Weather its UN or other insitute (Army/Navy/Airforce/Police /& government owned vehicles driven by employes of state institue just dont care about other road users,specially the armed forces.

I was nearly knocked down by a UN vehicle at Kollupitiya while I was on a pedestrian crossing. Rascals think the country and everythin in it including the roads are theirs.
