I witnessed a similar chase by Peliyagoda police around 5 pm but they caught the three wheeler after about 15 minutes good chase. It was a great job by two Traffic policeman.

Now the police are given fire arms, they will shoot at marathon runners, cycle recers and everybody...... wear a bullet proof jacket, everytime you go pass by a policeman.

First send them to shooting school and get trained well. Then teach them that they shouldn't shoot at bystanders..
