Triple Murder in Homagama

Three individuals were stabbed to death last night at Delgoda, Homagama. The Victims were identified as 44 year old Anura Thilak, his wife and his brother-in-law. Police suspect the reason behind the murder could be either a land dispute, or a revenge murder. No suspects have been apprehended yet. (Buddhika Kumarasiri)

Sri-Lanka is a religious country but killing of all types going without any concern. Please find a remedy. over to you priests in all religions and to the the Government. I am a Buddhist and plead Malwathu and Asgiri and other mahanayakas to adress this situation. It is Tragic, pathetic.

If we look at the people who attend temples, kovils, churches, mosques all seem to be very calm and quiet. Religion is like a narcotic. It is used now to forget about our evil thinking and sins or to cancel out our misdeeds. Time has come to correcting this situation and we must have new thinking by our leaders to change it. When we see corrupt politicians worshipping at religious places that doesn't help.
