Trial postponed

The trial against Former MP M.M Mustapha for bribery was postponed today after his lawyer presented a medical certificate explaining that Mustapha was in the UK receiving treatment for heart disease.

Mustapha was indicted before the Colombo High Court earlier for offering Rs.30 million to National Freedom Front member Mohammed Muzamil to support Presidential Candidate Sarath Fonseka in January this year. (TFT)
