SLR is becoming a hell. Today morning, I went to buy a intercity ticket form Kandy to Colombo. The ticketing officer at Kandy station informed me that there are few tickets left and he cannot issues a ticket to me that time (he was busy.....), and instead he asked me to buy it over mobile phone. So, I have to pay an extra Rs.60 to book it through a private mobile phone operator. How can this idiot refuse to issue tickets over the counters ?. At the end, we are helpless
