Heavy Traffic in Bambalapitiya and Kollupitiya surrounding areas as road from Galle Face roundabout to Presidential secretarial closed from 7 am till victory Day rehearsals end, city traffic police said.

    This traffic jam is fast selling item, earlier it was at Bamba, and now at Kollupitiya, also I see them at Dehiwala up to Mount Lavinia too.
