High speed, carpeted roads, bold tires and haste = accidents due to lack of control of the vehicle. Thousands of innocent lives are lost.

add to that substandard vehicles with zero safety features, which exist only because the poor people cannot import a better vehicle due to insane taxes.

Dimo batta/batti are not heavy vehicles, those accidents are about general attitude about safety. No care about self and others

We should inspect the vehicle once a year..
NOT only the Emission test.. brakes and many other things..
