This is pretty poor decision making. What will happen to all the Telecom Players ? They have invested huge amount of money on upgrading their data networks and this is a clear slap on the face for them !!!! Free Wifi at key locations is fine.well covering the whole country is bit too much.

Its a good news and very nice of this gentleman to come forward to help many people especially those with low/no income.But people needs to be couscous for not getting addicted especially the young generation. It can make the people lazy and lack of motivation particularly the young ones.
