T20: Sixteen arrested for misbehavior

Sixteen people were arrested last night for drunken misbehavior at the conclusion of the T20 match between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh in Pallekele International Cricket Stadium, the police said.

A few of those arrested were later released last night on police bail and ordered to be present before a Magistrate next Monday. (Sanath Desmond)

    please publish this. I was there last night where the crowd was taunting the Bangladesh crowd with all sorts of gestures and hooting which would've taken a racial side. unfortunately the police has fallen to depth of despair as when one of them went to warm one guy they turned on him. worst case was all those guys were draped in the national flag while they were drinking, smoking, taunting and showing their middle fingers. what a shame via DM Android App
