The War Crimes were committed by the LTTE by holding civilians as a HUMAN SHIELD to try and stop the inevitable defeat.
Please investigate the LTTE first.

Jim Dougal Friday, 08 October 2010 08:06 AM
A little difficult as the leaders of the LTTE who were not executed by the Sri Lankan Army are now effectively a part of the government, or certainly being nurtured by it.
Jim Dougal Friday, 08 October 2010 08:07 AM
What on earth are you trying to say?!?! And talking of money perhaps you should invest some in English classes.

Why IC do not understand that Sri Lanka declared war on terrorists and not ethnic cleansing like Bosnia, Darfur and elsewhere. Here all the communities are living in peace and there is no ethnic conflict except a few rights to be given to minorities and their status preserved.
