Six sentenced to death

Six persons, who were found guilty of murdering a person in Beruwala, were sentenced to death by the Kalutara High Court Judge Amal Thilakaratne today.

The crime had been committed in November 2003. The accused were found guilty after a lengthy trial and were sentenced by the Kalutara High Court today.
