its a good move. While morality is a social issue, it must also be noted, if two grown up adults who know good and bad, choose to engage in carnal pleasure in privacy, its their own business and own right. Nobody has the right to violate their privacy. Thats why they usually pay for privacy by renting rooms. If the landlord or any of his employees video the couple engaging in sex and upload it in websites, the price should be paid by the perpetrator and not the victims. The same goes for estranged partners who "leak" photos/videos of their partner without their consent.

Good action by the Bureau for victimised people. Action must be taken against the people who upload such videos in websites.
